I finally got my new desk today. I custom built it from TableLegsOnline.com. They were very helpful, and even gave me a full refund for one of the legs that got slightly dinged during shipment. Here’s a picture of the fancyness… It’s large, has a turqouise translucent trim, and is abour 1.25″ thick, with a weight capacity of 600 pounds, and 200 pounds per leg. Think this one will last me for a long, long time 🙂 Not to mention has space for 3, or 4 monitors should I decide to nerd it up even more....

Many of us need to run Support Software to keep on top of client needs and requests, as well as remove some of the burden from our support staff. Because of this need, we are using Kayako SupportSuite for our helpdesk application. While setting it up, we noticed that the latest release has a little bit of an issue with fetching mail using google’s pop3 service. We haven’t looked into the problem too much, but we have noted that there is mention of it on the Kayako Forums that other users are experiencing the same difficulties....
